Here's a delightful dandelion yellow satin glass hippo figurine made from the original Fenton Glass mold by Mosser Glass, a small family run business in Ohio that is well known for their high-quality art glass. Dandelion yellow glass glows orange with red highlights under black light. It was hand painted and offered as a limited edition, gift shop exclusive and only 55 were made in this design. The hippo is painted with a charming and comical surprised expression when it discovers a black Halloween cat popping out of an orange pumpkin. It has round blue eyes like saucers, rosy cheeks and a heart-shaped nose. It stands approximately 3" tall by 2.5" wide and is in great condition with no chips, cracks or damage. It is signed, dated and numbered by Fenton artist and designer, M Kibbe. It would make a fabulous gift for your favorite hippo lover or a great part of your Halloween decor!
