A Stunningly Gorgeous Antique Austro Hungarian Golden Citrine Pendant Necklace Silver Victorian Edwardian c.1890. Absolutely stunning in every way is this antique pendant made during the later Victorian to Edwardian Era, circa 1890. The piece is composed of a beautiful faceted golden citrine adorning an ornate silver floral filigree setting. The citrine measures about 17 x 12mm oval. These pieces were done in a Renaissance Revival style and drew upon the designs seen in the magnificent paintings of the nobility on the 1600's. Overall the pendant measures about 1 7/8 inches long with bail by about 1 1/16 inches wide. It comes with the gunmetal chain as shown measuring about 16 inches long. In lovely vintage condition. A rare and beautiful find.
