An Exquisite Pair of Authentic Antique Mikimoto Pearl Earrings, Vintage Art Deco, circa 1950, 6mm Akoya Pearls in Sterling Silver. These estate earrings hold beautiful authentic Mikimoto luminous pearls, each measuring about 4 to 6mm in diameter. Each earring holds nine (9) pearls.
Mikimoto pearls are regarded as some of the best quality pearls in the world. The settings are sterling silver with wonderful Retro Art Deco styling. The backs are stamped with the Mikimoto hallmark. Each earring measures about 15/16 inch long by about 5/8 inch wide from side to side. These earrings were acquired through an estate collection and are in lovely vintage condition.
