  • Description
Here's a nice HI-VAL Hot Docking rack and tray designed to allow hot swapping of 3-1/2" IDE devices including hard drives, zip drives, super disk drives, tape drives, etc. It fits into a standard full-size drive bay in most destop PCs and tower cases.

It comes with an installation diskette with driver software for Windows 95/98, but the module will work on later Windows PCs, also. I used it myself with both Windows 98 and Windows Vista.

System requirements:

486 DX2 or higher
4 MB RAM
500KB Hard Disk Drive Free Space
Windows 95/98 (or later)

Condition: Like new, I'd say. I used this for a short time many years ago for drive backups, but eventually moved on to external USB drives for that purpose, at which point I returned everything to the original box, as shown.

**NOTE**: Shipping charges are discounted when more than one of my items are purchased at the same time. See what else I have to offer!
