NEWFOUNDLAND Postage Stamp - 1896 - ½c Newfoundland Dog (Sc. #57) - Unused (no gum)

Description: Here's an interesting old postage stamp issued by Newfoundland in the late 19th Century. It carries a half cent denomination in a Newfoundland Dog design. I believe that it's Scott Catalog #57, with the orange red color. However, I'm NOT an expert on these, so please use the scans to verify my identification for yourself.

Condition: Appears to be unused but has no gum, centered as shown. (Please see scans.)
