ITASCA COUNTRY CLUB - Itasca, Illinois - 1950s(?) Vintage Matchbook Cover
Description: Here's a nice vintage standard-sized matchbook cover from the Itasca Country Club of Itasca, Illinois. The phone number is simply given as "ITASCA 30".
There's no printing on the inside.

Actual Size: approx. 2" x 1.5" (closed)
Date: Not dated, but I would think that old "ITASCA 30" phone number probably dates it to the 1950s, or perhaps earlier.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is quite clean but, although the striker strip doesn't appear to have actually been used, it does have some damage, likely from rough removal of the staple that held the matches. There's also an additional set of staple holes which pass through the striker strip and both sides of the cover. (Please see scans.)
