Description: Here's a nice vintage standard-sized matchbook cover from the Loyal Oder of Moose, "A Fraternal Organization of the Highest Integrity", Elgin Lodge 799, located on State St. in Elgin, Illinois. The phone number is just three digits, "799", the same as the Lodge number.
There's no printing on the inside.

Date: Not dated, but that old 3-digit phone number probably places it in the 1950s or earlier.
Condition: Good, I'd say. The cover is a bit soiled and there's some damage to the striker-strip area, likely from rough removal of the staple that held the matches. There's also an additional pinhole which passes through the striker strip and both sides of the cover. (Please see scans.)
