A Gorgeous Vintage Blue Topaz and Diamond Ring in White Gold. This ring holds a stunning aquamarine blue topaz gemstone surrounded by diamond accents. The setting is composed of white gold and the center stone is beautifully faceted to catch the light. The ring measures about 7/8 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide from side to side.
