Feminine Hippie Ruffled Embroidered Set Black M BLOWOUT
This is the last one, a size Medium. This is a 2 piece outfit that is so unique and so feminine. The color is jet black-- picture lightened to show detail.
It is heavy moss crepe, yet there are 3 separate textures. It has a wonderful "hand" so comfortable yet no see-thru. Also, because of the "process" these go thru with the washing, they are nice and soft, too.
This is a pieced outfit with fantastic embroidery work and tons of ruffles. The top has a simple round neckline and has 7 antique pewter looking buttons closing the front. All down the front on either side of the buttons are embroidered vertical viney flowers that also continue up around the front of the neckline. There are "set-in" pieces on either side of the bodice, which really are figure flattering. These pieces have somewhat of a texture to them and are also embroidered. Nothing gaudy--very feminine and tasteful. The first bottom piece is "swoopy" --a jagged VEE and has the ruffle running around it. Attached to this piece (under the ruffle) is a vertical textured piece, also in black but almost looks like a stripe and compliments and offsets the other pieces. At the bottom of this is yet another ruffle. These elements continue around the back plus there are ties in back to further adjust the fit.
The skirt is pieced the same way with the same embroidered elements. Again, just past the knee, that swoopy "VEE" piece, ruffle, horizontal stripe with, finally the last ruffle piece is repeated. Again, these "swoopy" pieces and ruffles continue around the back. The skirt has an elastic waist and string tie. All the embroidery is done in the same color black, shiny embroidery work.

PLEASE NOTE I TAKE ALL MY MEASUREMENTS WITH THE GARMENT FLAT AND MEASURED ACROSS THE FRONT (unless otherwise noted)

TOP: from underarm to underarm bust measures 20", the waist goes in to 19" and the bottom before the ruffle measures 24". Again, fit can be further adjusted in back with the ties. This is a nice longer length measuring 25". Sleeves are 8" long. SKIRT: Unstretched waist measures 12.5", and stretches to 19" comfortably. Hips, free measuring at least 29" across the front only! The length from waistband down to the ruffle is 36".
