Funkygarb Exclusive! Tablecloth Skirt With Ruching So 1 OAAK
A funkygarb exclusive!!
What a Euro spin on our fantastic table cloth skirt. Table cloth? It's completely square so it has the 4 pointy sides. BUT with this one, there are also 4 hidden channels on the outside that hold strings, and these strings can be tightened to ruch the skirt up how ever you want. Leave them undone or not. You control the look of the skirt.
And there's something else with this one. The upper part is a fine knit (it's doubled), while the skirt part is simple cotton (and the cotton part is lined part way down, so covers your bum). But a little more explaining on the knit part: It is pieced and has very thin elastic in the uppermost waist part. Then, the way it's pieced, it's longer on the sides than the middle. The middle part (and this is an approximation) covers your stomach and the sides go to a point at about your hip. I've taken a close up, and hope you can see it.
In any case, it's not your "find this one anywhere" run of the mill skirt. This one will surely get second looks! (A "where did you get that?" sort of piece)
We have this in size Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. The color of this one is espresso brown.
MEASUREMENTS
Taken across the front only, so be sure and double and then subtract your own "wiggle room". This one, because the top is knit, has some stretch to it, also.
SMALL
Waist: 12" unstretched and stretches to 15"
Hips: 19" measured 10" down from top of waistband.
Length: 26" to about 36" at the pointy sides... and this is an approximation because of the ruching. Also, because this one has the knit top it can be worn off waist to make it longer if you wanted.
MEDIUM
Waist: 13" unstretched and stretches to 16"
Hips: 20" measured 10" down from the top of the waistband.
Length: 27" to about 36" at the pointy sides... and this is an approximation because of the ruching. Also, because this one has the knit top it can be worn off waist to make it longer if you wanted.
LARGE
Waist: 14" unstretched and stretches to 17"
Hips: 21" measured 10" down from the top of the waistband.
Length: 29" to about 38" at the pointy sides... and this is an approximation because of the ruching. Also, because this one has the knit top it can be worn off waist to make it longer if you wanted.
EXTRA LARGE
Waist: 15" unstretched and stretches to 18"
Hips: 22" measured 10" down from the top of the waistband.
Length: 29" to about 38" at the pointy sides... and this is an approximation because of the ruching. Also, because this one has the knit top it can be worn off waist to make it longer if you wanted.
We also have this in Dark Blue and Black. If you want to sub out dark blue or black let me know, otherwise the espresso will be sent.
This is cotton and the knit is a fine viscose knit. Please hand wash in cold.
To keep the shipping cost down, this will be carefully wrapped and mailed in a tyvek envelope. A box notches the price up, but if you want that, just send me a note!
