Sequin by Congoleum double thick coat scarf knotted silk fringe reds excellent vintage ll2838

This is an interesting coat scarf. It is quite vintage but in superior condition, consider it as new. The fabric is quite daring for a scarf this age with an abstract scattering of strokes of orange, pink, black, avocado and white on a brick red background. The total effect is great and will brighten the wanest winter complexion.

The scarf is double thickness with knotted silk fringe at both ends. I am not sure of the fabric. It has the Sequin by Congoleum Gold Seal label sewn on but no fabric content tag. It is either rayon or silk broadcloth. It is 12 x 40 inches plus 3 inches of fringe at each
