Here's a very nice unused linen postcard advertising the Villa Sweden Restaurant (and Bakery) in Chicago.
The back provides the address, phone number, and serving hours for the establishment. It also indicates that the card is a "GENUINE CURTEICH-CHICAGO "C.T. ART-COLORTONE" POST CARD" and bears the number "1C-H525".
Size: 5½" x 3½"
Date: Not explicitly dated but the "1C-H525" code seems to indicate it was produced in 1951
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The card is unused but the back has some distinctive toning due to storage in a postcard album, and also a small brown spot stain (see scans).
