Grown here by me, right here in Tennessee. I got this from my Amish neighbors not far from me and is an heirloom type of sorghum.
Very fast growing sorghum and doesn't get very tall like other commercial types. It'll reach the mid bloom stage about 45 days after planting. A mature plant is anywhere from 4-6 feet.
I've personally popped this sorghum just like popcorn and it's very fun to eat if you intend on growing it for the grain.
