A Stunning Estate Sapphire Ring in Yellow Gold, a Vintage Estate Find. This ring holds a gorgeous array of marquise cut and faceted round sapphire gemstones. The sapphires have all been precisely cut to fit into this intricate swirling pattern. The ring setting is made of solid 10K yellow gold and has designer initials on the inside of CTS. Overall the ring measures about 1/2 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide from side to side and is in wonderful vintage condition.
