Application
Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults is 1/2 to 1 tablet (corresponding to 25 to 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This dose should not be exceeded.
The tablets are taken in the evening 30 minutes before going to bed with some liquid (water). After this, a sufficient amount of sleep should be ensured (7-8 hours).
The duration of treatment should be as short as possible. In general, it should only be a few days and not exceed 2 weeks. If sleep problems persist, please consult a doctor!
