Narum Caps Lactose-free capsules maintain the composition and biological activity of normal intestinal microflora in children and adults. The uniqueness of the product is the use of soy (non-GMO) and not animal milk (cow’s or goat’s milk) in its manufacturing process. Therefore, the product does not contain lactose. Soy is used in the manufacture of the product but is not an ingredient.

Dosage
Adults and children over 12 years: 2-3 capsules 3 times daily, 15-20 min before meals.
Children 6 to 12 years of age: 1 capsule 3 times daily, 15-20 min before a meal.
Children ages 3 to 6 years: 1 capsule 2 times daily, 15-20 min before a meal.
It is recommended to take this supplement for 5-6 weeks.

How to use Narum Caps
Take capsules 15-20 minutes before meals with ½ glass of room-temperature drink.
You can open the capsule and dissolve the contents in a beverage.
Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption per day.

Pregnant and lactating women should consume the product after consultation with a doctor.
