Neurobion Advance is a medication containing thiamine (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) for use in adults only. It can be taken to prevent a decrease in the levels of these vitamins in the body or to treat a deficiency (insufficient amounts of these vitamins in the body).

Low levels of vitamins B1, B6 or B12 can occur when:
You don’t consume sufficient amounts of foods containing these vitamins.
Your body is unable to absorb these vitamins from food.
If you have recently undergone gastric or intestinal surgery, it may affect how the nutrients are absorbed.
Certain medical conditions, such as certain inflammatory diseases, may increase the amount of vitamins consumed by the body.
Medical conditions such as kidney disease, can cause the body to remove more vitamins than normal.
How to use Neurobion Advance
Take 1 tablet a day. Swallow with liquid, during or after a meal.
If you do not feel better after 30 days, contact your doctor.
Do not use this medicine for longer than 30 days without consulting your doctor.
If you have megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) may alleviate megaloblastic anemia due to folic acid deficiency. Treatment with Neurobion Advance may alleviate this condition due to the presence of vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), so care should be taken to ensure that the correct diagnosis is not masked.
