A Wonderful Vintage Blue Topaz and Diamond Ring, Retro set in Yellow Gold. The center of this estate ring holds a beautiful faceted blue topaz gemstone measuring about 4 x 6mm oval. It is joined by two genuine diamond accents one on each side. The setting is solid 10K yellow gold. Overall the ring measures about 7/16 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide and is in lovely vintage condition.
