SCARECROW's DIPLOMA

This EDITION which is a whopping 33mm x 484mm (13"x19") is 1200dpi 6-color ink printed and hand illuminated in gold and silver metallic inks to bring out the delightful interpretation of the Scarecrows Diploma, presented to him by The Wizard of OZ.

Item may take 3-4DAYS to print and finish by hand PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Each are slightly different due to the hand finishes and availability of the paper.

Canson Papers are made in France, is a fine printmaking paper is mould made in France and has a smooth, luxurious surface. Canson Papers, made of 100% cotton, are acid free, soft-sized, and buffered. Rives is perfectly suited for interpretation and reproduction of the Scarecrow's diploma. Each sheet is watermarked and may have s deckled edges. 98 lb / 160 gsm paper weight in a Cream-White.

If a costume item it must be in undamaged condition . must be returned in a fully re-sellable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a re-sellable condition or are damaged. A 100% refund of the items purchase prince will be given upon the return of said item and after it has been inspected. ALL shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping will be the purchaser's responsibility.

A WORD ABOUT SHIPPING
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS, make sure it conforms to USPS recommendations. Any order that is shipped with an "Etsy/USSP" questionable address will not be refunded if lost and if the USPS then can not locate, return or deliver it.

If your unsure what address form you should use to ensure accurate mail delivery just refer to any UTILITY BILL. You know they got your address right. (LOL)

If a package is returned due to a wrong address supplied by the customer additional shipping must be paid to our PayPal account before the package can be reshipped.

If you are purchasing multiple items from my shop, please know that they WILL BE combined to insure you a better shipping rate. Any difference will be refunded. I ship as soon as I can usually within a few hours when possible. In the event of a holiday/bad weather or such within 2 (two) business days. US Postal Service, and Weather conditions are not within my control. Sometimes actual delivery can be slightly longer than expected, I ask for your understanding and patience.

AJ Winkies is not responsible for ANY & ALL purchases that ARE Shipped and tracking indicates that the purchase package has reached the designated country but has failed to be delivered to the buyers supplied address. NO REFUNDS will be made. The USPS and AJWinkies has zero control once it reached the country it has been shipped too. Etsy’s 3rd party shipping agent does not supply valid international tracking information outside the United States. I am SORRY that this is a potential problem I recommend you purchase insurance on your purchases.
