Grow on in clumps, under a strong light source, and leave plenty of time, about 10 weeks to transplant ready plants. When the weather has fully warmed, plant in full sun and water regularly.

72 days to Mature. Once parsley is well established, you can begin harvesting outer leaves. Fresh use is best, but it can be dried. For best color and flavor, chop leaves fairly fine and dry in a single layer on waxed paper and replace every year. Freezing also works well. You can place parsley in water and keep in your fridge, or even keep parsley throughout the winter by placing a small pot on your windowsill.
