Passionfruit needs warm soil to germinate, the ideal temperature is 21-29°C (70-85°F). Soak seeds for 24hrs in lukewarm water to pretreat. Sow in seedling pots. Thin out seedling when they have 4 leaves.
Plant out vines when they are established in their pots. Dig a hole twice as wide as the pot, and mix in a lot of compost as passionfruit feed heavily on mulch. Plant 3m (~10ft) apart.
