Vitamin C helps maintain the normal production of collagen, which is needed for normal bone, cartilage and skin function.
Daily dose (1 capsule):
pure collagen NC type I 16 mg •,
pure collagen NC type II 20 μg •,
vitamin C 20 mg (25% RMV *).
