It produces medium-sized ears with an old fashioned first class sweet corn taste. A stunning producer of black seeds with a white cob on a 1.5 meter stalk, The Black Aztec is a gorgeous looking cornmeal/flour variety corn that can be eaten fresh when young or dried and ground into cornmeal.
