How to cook
Divide the Padang Munik satay seasoning into 2 parts, one part to coat the meat, the offal, the other part to make the sauce.
Boil beef, offal over low heat until tender (reserve 600 cc of water) Remove and drain.
Cut the meat and offal into cubes, then coat with 1 part of the Padang satay seasoning, mix well. Arrange the meat and offal on skewers 3-4 pieces on each skewer then roast.
For the sauce: Put 1 part of the seasoning from the rice flour solution into the remaining meat boiled water, add the turmeric leaves, mix well. Cook until boiling.
Serve the satay padang with the sauce.
Note:
The seasonings are cooked (no need to stir-fry again) and no need to add salt, etc.
