Antique Sapphire Filigree Necklace Gold Vintage Art Deco 20s

A Stunning Antique Sapphire Filigree Necklace, Vintage Art Deco 1920s in Antique Yellow Gold Filled. This gorgeous antique necklace is original fine filigree openwork with floral motifs and done in antique yellow gold filled. The center holds a verneuil faceted sapphire measuring about 5mm in diameter and there are two additional verneuil sapphires as well. The chain part of the necklace closes with the original "C" style clasp. The piece dates to the Art Deco Era, circa 1920's. The pendant portion measures about 1 5/16 inches long by about 1 inch long and the necklace is about 20 inches long in total. This piece was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
