Antique Emerald Cut Sugarloaf Australian Opal Ring Victorian Art Deco Gold Wedding c.1920

A Wonderful Antique Australian Opal Ring, Victorian - Art Deco Gold, circa 1900-20's. This beautiful antique ring holds a beautiful antique period Australian Opal at its center measuring about 12 x 10mm. The opal is done in an emerald cut with a version of sugarloaf faceting. The opal shows flecks of natural color in the light. The opal is secured on the back side with jewelers resin to keep it securely set and there are nicks along the edge of the stone. The opal is set in a wonderful period setting with beautiful period detailing on the sides. Overall the ring measures about 7/16 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 6 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through an estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition.
