Yunnan fop black tea (Camellia sinensis). A very high-quality class of Yünnan black tea, a looser wire-wound leaf with a noticeable proportion of tips, a bright red-red infusion of a very specific, earthy-sweet, pleasantly floral, slightly bitter taste with a slight hint of smoke. Tea has been collected in Yunnan (Tien) province for 1,700 years. You will find here 300 varieties of tea tree! No wonder this area is considered the cradle of Chinese tea. However, the black tea that the Yunnan region has made famous around the world has only been produced here since 1939. To make the best Yunnan black teas, leaves are plucked from very ancient large-leaved tea trees called Ta-jie and Shui-sien. It is strong and very encouraging, so we drink it not only in the morning, but always when we need to refresh our body and mind.

Preparation:

Put 1g of dry herb into 2 cup of boiling water. Let stand for 3-4 minutes. Drink maximal 3 cups per day.
