A Rare and Gorgeous Antique Victorian Australian Opal, Pearl, and Ruby Ring Band with Star Motif, Vintage 1800's with Gold Setting. This stunning antique ring holds five antique Australian Opals at its center, each measuring about 2mm in diameter. The stones show beautiful natural colors in the light. The opals are single cut natural stones, not a doublet or triplets. The center holds a faceted ruby stone measuring about 3.2mm in diameter.
There are also five seed pearls. The setting is antique Victorian period composed of antique Victorian gold with a deep dark patina. Being that this ring is early and the patina is something that only happens after many decades, I have left it, but know that it can be polished to a high shine, and if sized it will have to be polished. Overall the ring measures about 3/8 inch long by about 11/16 inch wide from side to side. Ring Size: about 6 3/4 to 7 (could be resized by your jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping). This ring was acquired through a wonderful estate collection and is in lovely vintage condition. A fantastic and rare find.
