This is a watercolor with pastels done of a beautiful Ironwood tree on the road to my desert house. Ironwoods are beautiful desert trees, they are self pruning so there is always a dead branch or two for interest and the rabbit bush was in bloom, it was so fabulous I just had to paint it.
