This is a pastel drawing done on Strathmore Colored Heavy Drawing Paper. I love this paper because it has great texture for pastels and it is already mid-tone coloured. It is also very sturdy. I love doing detailed pastels, this rosebud looks like it is enjoying a dewy morning.
