Hylo Gel Eye Drops, 2x10 ml Gel. Relief for very dry eyes.
Hylo gel eye drops are an ophthalmic medication that offer an intensive, long-lasting lubricating effect on the surface of the eye. They are used to treat severe dry eyes, pre and post-surgery.
The drops contain Sodium hyaluronate, which lowers tear turnover rate because of water retention capacity.
USE
Lean your head back slightly and gently pull down your lower eyelid. Press FIRMLY and QUICKLY on the base of the bottle. This enables the bottle to release one single drop into the eye. Release and repeat for the other eye. After each application, close your eye slowly to allow the fluid to spread evenly over the eye surface.
In general, drip 1 drop of Hylo gel into the conjunctival sac of each eye 3 times a day. In case of severe discomfort, Hylo gel can be dripped more often during the day. Should you use Hylo gel more frequently (e.g. more than 10 times a day), have your eyes examined by your ophthalmologist.
The drops may require long-term use
Ingredients
Sodium hyaluronate, Citrate buffer, Sorbitol, Water.
Hylo gel is preservative-free and phosphate-free, making it suitable for individuals with sensitive eyes. Its high viscosity ensures long-lasting relief, reducing the need for frequent applications and providing cost-effective treatment
