McDonalds souvenir key ring Golden Arches Cornelius 1999 1326vf

I don't know that this key chain is a souvenir. But definitely it is a McDonald's sponsered event. Might be a sports event or a leadership training seminar. On the front is the Golden Arches with a maple leaf on them, 3 wavy lines and what looks like a skateboard. ThIs was made for Canada. t reads, Driving the Total Vision. On the back is Cornelius November 1999.

The heavy key ring is shiny gold tone metal with red and black enamel. The split ring is tight and unused. The fob is 2 inches long. Condition handled but unused.
