Japanese Taisho - Showa Monkey Okimono set

Japanese bronze okimono set of monkeys with a bronze peanut. Meiji - Taisho early 20th c , well sculpted unsigned in great condition. Size DIMENSIONS: Seated h 7 5/8" l 3 5/8" w 6" On all Fours h 7 5/8" l 11 5/8" w 3" We purchased these as early 20th c and we agree with that dating. This type of sculpture would have been made in Asia but at that time it would be Japanese making this type of figures and China did not do this type stylistically until late 20thc or early 21st c Please note we cancel listings up to 2 days early due to eCRATER's Good Till canceled relisting policy. if you want to make a last minute offer do it 2 days before scheduled end of the listing.
