Antique Sterling Silver Locket Vintage Victorian 1800's Handmade Floral

A Wonderful Antique Sterling Silver Locket, Vintage Victorian, circa 1850, with Hand Engraved Floral Details. This beautiful antique locket has hand engraved Victorian floral motifs on the front and back sides. The locket is composed of sterling silver. This is an early piece, probably dating circa 1950. The locket opens and closes and it's not a tight fit, but stays closed when worn on the neck. It comes with the sterling silver vintage chain as shown measuring about 17 inches long. The locket has some indents appropriate for a piece that is of this early era. Overall the locket measures about 1 1/4 inches long with bail by about 3/4 inch wide. This locket was acquired through an estate collection. It is estimated to date circa 1850 Victorian Era.
