Our "Mini-Cats" are built-in inside the pipe. However this is to help avoid a check engine light, remember that you have a possibility of check engine light to come on, only an ECU flash will completely eliminate that possibility.  ​IMPORTANT INFORMATION For the State of California our Exhaust Products are not C.A.R.B.
