Shi San Bu Yao is also the mother boxing routine in Yongchun Bai He Quan (Wimgchun White Crane Quan). On the base of Qi Bu San Zhan??practice advancing and retreating, turning around, and swaying. It is made up of three kinds of swaying, the upper section, middle section and lower section. For the upper section, it is called Green Dragon Wrapping Water. For the middle section, it is called Green Dragon Coming Out of Water. For the lower section, it is called Green Dragon Rolling Water.
