Sun Style Swimming Body Bagua Linked Palms: There are eight skills in the Sun Style Bagua Palm: 1. deflect - to deflect the limbs of the opponent, 2. block - to block the hands and feet of the opponent, 3. intercept - to control the hands, feet, arms and legs of the opponent, 4. smash - to smash the hands, chests and the abdomen of the opponent, 5. push - to push the opponent back, 6. hold - to hold the hands of the opponent, 7. belt - when the opponent is holding the hands of the practitioner, the practitioner should be able to take his hands back, and lastly, 8. lead - to lead the opponent's body or the hands.
