Simplicity 4853; dated 1954; Misses' and Women's Blouse: "Simple To Make" tailored shirt blouse is planned for beginning sewers with a minimum of pattern pieces and a new step-by-step sewing guide. Blouse features convertible collar. Back extends to front in a forward shoulder seam. View 1 and 2 long sleeves are gathered to a wrist band. Pocket on left front, view 1 and 3 has turn down flap. In view 2 upper edge is gathered to fit yoke. View 1 and 2 are edges stitched. View 3 has short sleeves and top stitching trim.
