Simplicity 7593; © 1991; Child's Dress and Romper Dress: Dress or romper-dress has gathers at raised waistline seam, back zipper, gathered sleeves and tuck detailing with optional ribbon trim. V. 1 and 3 have contrast collar. Romper-dress V. 1 has leg edges gathered to bands. V. 2 dress and V. 1 have short sleeves gathered to bands. V. 3 dress has long sleeves gathered to button cuffs.

Breast: 21 to 23 inches
Waist: 20 to 21 inches
Hip: to 24 inches
