Royal China Currier & Ives Vegetable Bowl Maple Sugaring

Royal China Currier & Ives vegetable bowl in blue and white with a 9 inch diameter. Use for serving fruit or vegetables. The scene is "Maple Sugaring." A log cabin scene with people tending a large kettle over a fire. The bottom is stamped in green Currier & Ives "maple Sugaring" Underglaze Print by Royal Made in U.S.A. In excellent condition - no chips, cracks or grazing. These were never used.

The Currier & Ives pattern consists of different scenes based on Currier & Ives prints for the different dinnerware pieces. Royal produced this pattern from around 1950 through 1970. The Royal China Company was sold to Jeannette Glass around 1970 and this pattern was discontinued.
