STATE of TEXAS KEPI INSIGNIA

Offered for your consideration is a brass Texas State kepi device. The kepi pin is 1 1/8" in diameter having a star in the middle with the letters spelling TEXAS inserted in the star's point gaps. A wreath surrounds the border of the pin. Includes 2 attaching wires. The Pin is in excellent unissued condition.
Payment
Shipping in the US is $3.77. All other locations will be at cost. Please make payments or arrangements for payment within 5 days from the close of the sale. DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE!! Winning bidders will be contacted within 24 hours of the close of the sale with instructions as to making payments.
