This is a stunning piece of costume jewelry and looks as if it has hardly ever been worn. It is certainly vintage...the cartouche on the back says Kramer of New York.
The brooch is 1-1/2" across and is 5/8" tall done in 2 deep layers of dazzling rhinestones that are just as sparkling now as they were when the piece was made. It is in excellent condition.
An elegant brooch will dress up any outfit...can't you see this on black or a jewel tone? Timeless and beautiful!
