The Sutai T14 is a medium soft marimba mallet, which sounds in the low register of the marimba beautifully, but it is able to draw beautiful sounds out of the top octaves. It is an ideal choice for Baroque pieces, such as sonata or suite transcripts, but it is excellent for tremolo pieces as thanks to its soft head, it is able to resound the tone bars of marimba for a long time, thus making a continuous sound. It is ideal to technical exercises, because thanks to its weight of head, it strengthens muscles responsible for motor and coordination of movement and it makes the forearm and tendons of wrist more resistant.
