Comes with official 1973 Maine pamphlet picturing Curtis, state song, state flag, state bird, state tree, etc. In original mailing envelope postmarked Augusta, Maine, Jun. 8, 1973.

A lawyer, Kenneth M. Curtis (1934-) served as Maine's governor from 1967-75, chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1979-81 and U.S. Ambassador to Canada from 1979-81. He was a 2008 superdelegate from Florida for Hillary Clinton.

Everything here is in crisp, near mint condition – as fresh as the day it was sent 44 years ago.
