A Gorgeous and Unusually Rare Antique Art Nouveau Lion Ring with Ruby and Pearl 14K Gold c.1890, A Stunning Piece for Any Day or a Lovely Wedding Band Idea. Original Art Nouveau Era jewelry was only produced for a very limited amount of time. The designs were inspired by nature and craftsmanship was highly prized. This example holds a lions head at center adorned with rubies and a pearl. The sides of the setting have characteristic Art Nouveau motif whiplash ornamentations. The ring is composed of 14K yellow gold. Overall the ring measures about 9/16 inch long by about 13/16 inch wide from side to side.
