Tulips and diamonds on navy red silk scarf rolled hem vintage scarves ll2179

This scarf pops. It is unsigned and has no tags but it is made of nice silk printed with arrangements of stylized tulips surrounded by diamonds. Bright primary colors of red, yellow and green with navy and white. The hem is hand rolled and the scarf measures 22 inches square. I can't find any signs of use.
