An original antique chromolithograph print in a super nice quality cherry wood frame. This depicts at a farm house barn area where there are many hens chickens and a lone rooster. They are pecking ambling in the hay looking for food.
The print is titled (all along the bottom edge of the print, and is behind the frame), SCRATCHING FOR DEAR LIFE. Signed in the lower left hand area by the artist: J.D. SORVEY. This is Copyright 1983 by The Art
Interchange Co., New York. Art Interc. Fac Simile No. 251. Print is beautiful in coloring, is very vibrant, unfaded.
Print is in excellent condition. No issues to speak of. The back of the print shows minor age toning. The wood frame is also in excellent condition for its age. Nice patina in coloring. Does show the characteristics of minors scratches, bumps, etc.
Overall the frame measures 14 inches wide by 11 inches high. The back print measurement is 12-3/8 inches wide by 9-1/2 inches high.
