Ready to make a Greek country salad? Here's a great idea to liven up your vegetables, dress them with true Mediterranean aromas, and give them a taste of Greece! Enclosed within a pretty paper box you will find the grandeur of Greek Mother Nature in all its splendor. The 4 small jars hold:
1.Island caper buds in vinegar
2.Throumba (dry-salted) black olives from the island of Thassos
3.Tender rock samphire (crithmum) leaves in vinegar (rock samphire or crithmum is that delicious plant growing wild in the crevices of cliffs in Greece's seaside areas)
4.Salt scented with mastic bush (schinos) berries and leaves, oregano, basil, mint, and rosemary.

Here's how you use your kit to make your Greek salad: Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions in medium cubes. Add the olives, capers, rock samphire, and sprinkle the whole with your aromatic salt. Top with a hefty chunk of feta cheese and drizzle your creation with extra virgin olive oil. Your perfect Greek salad is ready
