Wide metal bangle bracelet reptile look vintage ll3322

This bangle bracelet is a bit of a mystery. It looks coppery but also brassy. It has a textured exterior that looks like reptile skin or a road paved with cobblestones. The mystery metal shows up inside where some of the coppery finish has worn. It looks like silver underneath but since it isn't I am assuming it is stainless steel.

The bracelet is 2.7 inches (6.858 cms.) inside diameter and 1 inch (2.54 cm.) wide. It is in very good condition.
