Top A has collar and pockets with purchased trim/appliques.
Top B has collar.
Top C has contrast collar.
Top D has purchased appliques.

Mid-thigh Shorts or above-ankle Pants have elastic waist.
Shorts E have narrow hem and front overlay.
Shorts F have narrow hem.
Pants G have front pockets and stitched hem.

In stock are sizes 2 - 5 and 6 - 8. Broken down, that's:

Waist sizes 20 - 21½
Hip sizes up to 25
For children approximately 35 - 44" tall.
